Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026
1. Who can use rosinplug.me
rosinplug.me is operated by Western Engineering LLC ("we"). You must be 21 or older to use this site, and you must follow the cannabis laws where you live. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, buy or deliver anything.
2. Prices and product information
Prices, stock, potency and product details are collected automatically from dispensaries' public online menus. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Always confirm with the dispensary before you go. We are not affiliated with, paid by or endorsed by any dispensary or brand listed, and we don't sell anything.
3. No purchases, no refunds
rosinplug.me doesn't sell anything. You can't buy anything here, so there is nothing to refund. Purchases happen at the dispensary, under its own prices and policies.
4. Emails
We only send sign-in emails. No marketing, newsletters or promotional email.
5. Your account
Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
6. What you post
You own your reviews and diary entries. By making something public, you let us display it on rosinplug.me and in our apps, including in community ratings. You can make it private or delete it at any time, and we'll stop showing it.
Don't post:
- offers to buy, sell, trade or deliver cannabis or anything else, or contact details for doing so;
- anything involving or aimed at people under 21;
- other people's personal information, or anything harassing, threatening or hateful;
- spam, fake reviews, or reviews you were paid or given product to write without saying so;
- anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
We may remove content that breaks these rules. To report something, email support@rosinplug.me.
7. Community guidelines
Profiles, follows, comments and toasts (likes) are for reviews, ratings and comments about products and dispensaries — the same rules in "What you post" above apply, including no harassment, hate, spam, or offers to buy, sell or trade product.
Block someone from their profile's ⋯ menu to stop them following you, toasting or commenting on your entries, and to keep them from seeing your profile. Report an entry, comment or profile from the same menu; reports come to us, not to other users. When 3 or more reports come in from accounts at least 7 days old, the content is automatically hidden pending our review; if it's yours, you'll see it marked as hidden while we look at it.
8. Not medical advice
Reviews, effects, AI picker answers and other content are personal opinions or automated output, not medical advice. Talk to a medical professional about health questions.
9. AI picker
The "Ask rosinplug" AI picker is for signed-in accounts held by adults 21 or older. It uses an AI model, so its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it can misread what you meant. It is not medical advice and does not recommend that you use cannabis; check prices, stock and product details with the dispensary and talk to a medical professional about health questions. Use of the picker is limited per account (currently 20 asks per day) and may be changed or withdrawn. How asks are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Don't abuse the service
Don't try to access other people's data, get around limits (including the AI picker's daily limit), use automated tools to send asks, overload the site, or scrape it in ways that disrupt it.
11. No warranty; limits on liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information on the site.
12. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and for significant changes we'll tell signed-in users in the app. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
